Before commissioning a new gas boiler, the following requirements must be met:
- A chimney/flue inspection must be carried out by a qualified professional after installation.
- The manufacturer’s warranty certificate or warranty booklet.
- If a new gas line was installed or modified over 3 metres, a gas installation inspection report is required.
- For electric boilers or appliances in bathrooms, an electrical safety inspection is necessary.

As an authorized service partner, we focus on boilers of the Enbra brand. In addition, we specialize in boilers from other leading manufacturers such as Baxi, Thermona, Vaillant, Viadrus, Destila, Viessmann, Immergas, Quantum and Adisa (up to 1800 kW).
Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Repairs of Electric Boilers
We provide warranty and out-of-warranty service for electric boilers of the brands Bosch, Thermona, Droven, Protherm, CosmoTherm E and Trinnity. Thanks to our expertise, we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs Only
We provide only out-of-warranty repairs for these boiler brands: Ariston, Chaffoteaux. Our team of technicians will ensure professional repair of your equipment after the warranty period has expired.
Warranty Service
Most manufacturers offer a standard warranty on gas and electric boilers lasting 24 months from the moment the boiler is commissioned. To claim the warranty, it is essential that the first start-up of the boiler is carried out by an authorized service company. Some manufacturers offer an extension of the warranty period provided that regular service inspections are carried out.
How warranty service works:
In the event of a fault on your boiler, do not hesitate to contact us. Upon arrival on site, we carry out thorough diagnostics and identify the source of the problem. Our technicians will then offer you the most effective solution and provide information about the necessary spare parts. We will agree on the next steps to resolve the fault as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To make a warranty claim, the following requirements must be met:
- A properly completed warranty certificate or warranty booklet from an authorized service company.
- The fault must be reported within the warranty period.
If these conditions and the manufacturer’s terms are met, the repair will be free of charge.
Annual Service and Gas Safety Inspections
For the trouble-free, safe, and efficient operation of your gas boiler, annual servicing is crucial. During this visit, our technicians check the boiler’s condition, clean components, adjust combustion settings, and test safety features. The process takes approximately 60 minutes. Regular servicing minimises the risk of failure, extends the boiler’s lifespan, and improves energy efficiency. To save you the worry, we offer service monitoring. We contact you annually to arrange a convenient date, aiming to schedule visits outside the heating season.
The difference between an Annual Service and a Gas Safety Inspection:
- Gas Safety Inspection: Statutory safety check of the gas appliance and gas tightness, including an official report.
- Annual Service: Maintenance visit to ensure proper function, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.
